Operator Settings Quick Start

Introduction​

Operator Settings allow you to configure empty leg pricing defaults, add fixed booking costs, disclaimers, and terms and conditions to your operator account on Superfly.

Accessing Operator Settings​

To access Operator Settings, click on the "Settings" button in the vertical navigation bar.

Setting Your Home Airport​

Your home airport represents your operator's base of operations. To set your home airport, select it from the options available.

Automatic Empty Leg Generation​

Operator Settings can be configured to set pricing defaults for automatic empty leg generation. This includes:

  • Empty Leg Auto Discount Percent: This represents the discount percentage that will be applied to empty leg flights. Enter an appropriate percentage for your operator.

  • Empty Leg Fixed Price: This represents the fixed price for empty leg flights. Enter an appropriate price for your operator.

Fixed Booking Costs​

You can add fixed booking costs in Operator Settings. These costs will be added to the rate for every booking made through Superfly.

Disclaimers​

You can upload up to three booking disclaimers in Operator Settings. These will be shown to the customer during the online booking process on superfly.aero.

Terms and Conditions​

You can add a Terms URL to your operator account. This will be shown to the customer during the online booking process.

To add a Terms and Conditions file, click the "Choose File" button and select the relevant file from your local machine. When you have selected the file, click the "Upload" button to save your new terms and conditions.

When you have finished updating your Settings, click the "Save" button.
